Overall Satisfaction with isolved
We use it for payroll, reporting, tracking benefits, hiring, personnel files, and this fall we will be using the open enrollment feature. This product solves the problem of needing a streamed lined service to handle all things HR.

- It has made running payroll easy and efficient, don't need to spend a lot of hours working on it
- It has streamlined the onboarding process and has made it quicker and more organized to onboard employees
- Customer service has been a negative impact. It feels that a lot of the reps are not properly trained, can't answer questions or gives inconsistent answers. Our HR and Admin have to spend a lot of time on the phone with reps and that takes us away from completing other work.
They are fairly equal in how they perform and how well they are organized. Each one has their pros and cons. I would be fine using either isolved or Workday.
