Overall Satisfaction with isolved

My organization uses isolved for our payroll processing and time-keeping. The company worked with us to finally update our dated in-house payroll processing. They took the time to hear our issues and set us up with just what we needed for our business. I use the product for mostly report processing at month-end. I have always been able to easily get the information I need when I need it.
  • Reports are numerous and easily accessed
  • Tech support is helpful
  • Year-end reports for 1099s
  • Tax issues can (understandably) take a while to solve
  • Some of the cut-off dates are difficult to meet
  • Case numbers are created for every tech support email even if you are adding information to a previous case
  • Time-keeping
  • Payroll processing
  • Report processing
  • No more time spent doing weekly, monthly, quarterly tax forms
  • Keeping information stored in the cloud rather than in our offices
  • Software can be easily learned by new employees rather than only one employee knowing how to use the in-house software

For our company, isolved was a great solution. We had a dated in-house payroll system that was in dire need of an update. Implementing isolved brought our company into modern times. So much time is now saved by not only the payroll department but also the accounting department. Time that was being spent filing weekly, quarterly, and yearly tax forms can now be spent doing other tasks.
