The benefits enrollment is easy to use for both the employer and employee. The communication feature is a great tool to use. I would like to be able to set up our own earning codes/benefit codes instead of relying on iSolved to assist. This can take some time for iSolve to develop where if we had the capability, we could get it done quickly.

Using isolved

500 - All employees have access to the Self Service portal in iSolved.
We currently do not have in-house capabilities.
