Overall Satisfaction with isolved

For staff punching in and out for shifts, Employee files and employee certifications. It has given us the ability to have paper free files for employees and the ability to run reports with various employee data. We are licensed by the state and have need to show proof of employee compliance when we are on site and isolved has given us the ability to do that without having to drag paper files from place to place
  • Great Customer Service-Always available to assist
  • Provided self-guided training material
  • Workflow - you have the initiator and then the approvers
  • Keeps all Employee data in one spot and brings it all together
  • It would be very helpful if the application was automatically integrated from ihire to isolved dashboard, we currently have to download it separately
  • The ability to customize the documents tabs
  • Help Button, currently have to call for assistance

  • Moving the employees toward technology
  • Getting the employees to understand the people cloud has been challenging
isolved is much better then Canopy and much easier to use and way better customer service
People Trac was great to use but did not keep up with improvements

It tracks the employee PTO and Sick hours and is built on the company policies, and I love the ability to look at the overall company PTO used, and it has made that a very simple process
