  • Easy payroll processing
  • Can edit reports to include things other systems cannot
  • The system is customer-friendly

  • Bugs
  • Better rollouts on updates to systems
  • More testing before they implement new ideas
  • Adjustments to the MFA logins
  • Many enjoy how easy payroll input is
  • Lots of complaints about bugs when they update
  • Lots of complaints on MFA login & bugs trying to login through MFA
