Overall Satisfaction with isolved
We have implemented it for all 4 companies. We primarily use it for time tracking, payroll, benefits, and Human Resources. It is helping us stay compliant with the ever-changing laws. It is also becoming a great tool for our managers to track performance reviews, certifications, licensing, and a safe place for documentation. We love the support team and the way that i-Solved is always looking ahead to keep things fresh and current.

- Mobile app seems to have issues, especially with Android platforms.
- Employee messaging: I would like it to be more visible.

We have been able to get our job descriptions updated and much more accurate, our handbook updated and user friendly. We have been able to call and make sure that we are handling difficult situations correctly. We have had the opportunity to work with Lisa Holman and she is so responsive and helpful, we feel very pleased with our great HR team.
There is no comparison, iSolved if far more robust in its features, user friendly and top notch customer service. We could not be as efficient and compliant without iSolved. we would sit on hold, or if we were lucky enough to get someone to answer it would take hours and often they were not able to help with our issue. The language barrier with Quickbooks was very frustrating.

8 - We have each manager and supervisor over each department handle their groups time off, time change and missed punch errors on a daily basis. It has made payroll go much smoother with less errors and upset employees. It is so user friendly and the training provided is excellent.

isolved Implementation

Yes - It has been several years, but they do a lot of leg work and get the information they need in a concise and timely fashion. As I remember they communicated what information they needed very clearly and we were able to get it without much difficulty.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - They had very clear communication and helped when questions came up. It went very, very smooth.

We did not purchase premium support, but that is what we get day in and day out. That may be one of our favorite things about iSolved.
When we did our initial set up, we felt like they had our backs the whole way. They never made us feel like we were a pain to them. They worked with us to complete the first few payroll until we became very comfortable. As we have continued to add more services it is the same when we implement them as well.

Yes - It works very well if our employees choose to have it auto update. We have had a few problems with our Android users, but have been able to resolve them quickly with the help of the support team.
