Overall Satisfaction with isolved

I use isolved for payroll, human resources, onboarding and employee reviews. It provides a simple one spot place to securely store sensitive data, provide a simple onboarding process, easy to use review process and easy to use for both employees and supervisors. The integrations with benefits has been great and makes things even easier for us as we grow as a company. The customer service is also great and timely.

Super supportive and courteous. The initial set up and integration process was great. They helped every step of the way. They are great to get a hold of by email or phone and will find a solution. I have never run into any issues that they couldn't resolve. They make it easy to add or change processes when needed.
Great for storing all needed HR materials. Secure and easy to access as an admin. I use it on a regular basis for all HR needs, from forms, onboarding, disciplinary and even certifications. You can also add expiring cert reminders as needed.
isolved is definitely more robust and has better integration capabilities.

Simplicity of payroll, onboarding employee data and reporting. Great customer support when anything is needed. The benefits integration has been a huge help and alleviates a lot if addition work that would have needed to be done. Conducting performance reviews is very easy and simple to create and send out.
