Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
It is used as an inner office communication tool. It cuts down on emails and you can have a real-time conversation with colleagues while still working at your desk.
- quick conversations
- can tell when people are available or if they are on a call, away, or in a meeting.
- can add participants to conversations
- can add attachments to conversations
- wish you were able to save conversations
- would be nice to be able to delete conversations rather than reset all conversations
- wish there were more emoticons
- Helps expedite work so I don't have to get up and go talk to someone when I'm in the middle of trying to get something done.
- Sometimes it can be bothersome trying to get stuff done when people are trying to chat you.
- Nice to be able to add attachments to chats
I have not used anything else.
