Overall Satisfaction with Jama Connect

Currently we use JAMA connect for reviewing requirements and providing traceability for several projects.

Pros

  • Requirements Review
  • Requirements import and export
  • Managing Requirements

Cons

  • sometimes response time is slow
  • we got several white label issue during login
  • System support ticket process is not very convenient

  • Provides us follow our System Common Process
  • Good storage and tracking for several projects requirements
It helps our Company implement our System Common Process.
Currently we are not using collaboration.
Need to force users to review and approve requirements on time.
Requirements import and export are great but not seamless. It can be improved with correct document tags as word document. For some reason, sometimes the text size, text color and text headings attribute does not match Microsoft Word.
