Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro

We use Jamf Pro to manage our nearly 10,000 Apple devices. Everything from macOS, iOS, iPad OS to AppleTVs. This program cuts down on the number of people needed to do mundane tasks by allowing us to automate common tasks.

Jamf Pro is the best at what it does: managing large deployments. They offer solutions for small deployments as well. They continue to update the features and listen to customer feedback on what we want to see added.

No - Don't need it. They are really responsive.
Yes - Yes it was resolved timely.
We migrated to the cloud, things did not go a smoothly as they could due to unforeseen issues, they spend 3 days on the phone with me to get it resolved. They checked up every few days after to make sure everything was satisfactory.
