Overall Satisfaction with Jitterbit
We have been using Jitterbit for a few years now and it's a well-designed product. We use it to integrate Banner with other auxiliary systems.
- It has made integrating our systems easier
- The customer service is great.
- I would like to see some enhancements such as better logging capabilities and version control.
- It has made integrations simpler to maintain
Our decision was based on the cost at the time. Jitterbit's cost model has changed since then, so it might be a different decision now if we have to re-evaluate.
