Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)
We are using GoToConnect Hosted VoIP across the entire organization. We enjoy having a lot of features available to us including: The phone app (whether I'm off-site, on vacation, or across the property at a meeting, I can always be "at" my desk). We like having the voicemails sent via email. We like being able to block or set rules for incoming calls from a specific number (we got spammed from a particular sales person until we blocked the number. We were able to do that easily from our own dashboard, instead of relying on the phone company to help).

- Caller ID generated, whether it's via online or through the phone company
- User-friendly dashboard
Cons
- It'd be great if there was a way for my cell phone to be able to automatically tell when I was near the desktop device, so they both didn't ring (I'm always logged into the GoToConnect phone app).
- There has been a positive impact in that we have been able to streamline callers to the right department much more effectively (instead of continuous transfers over and over).
