It's fine. The interfaces are generally easy, but a little clunky. They don't see to be well thought out. They are trying to integrate too much and others have done it better. Especially since they have purchased their software and tried to stick it all together rather than building it organically from the ground up. My staff really dislike goto meeting over other options.

So user friendly, one app on your computer, phone or tablet with capabilities of desktop phones also. Very easy for moth internal and external use. We love the flexibility and features, all easy to use.

I use GoTo Connect as both a user and an administrator and find both the front-end and back-end portions of the software easy to use with little IT experience. Setup is a breeze and I am able to create unique users to associate with my devices. The reporting provided within Contact Center is easy to understand. Everything is very straightforward to use and support is always easy to deal with.

GoTo Connect rates an 10 for overall usability. The system was designed as an all-in-one for phones, meetings, and messaging that provides a Unified admin tool to make IT easy. GoTo Connect's intuitive design, simple installation, and wide range of features makes it a great choice for small businesses. However, the system lacks some of the more advanced features that larger businesses will need, such as call waiting and call forwarding. Additionally, GoTo Connect's customer service is not always responsive, which can be frustrating for users. Overall, GoTo Connect is a great option for small businesses looking for an all-in-one solution for their phone, meeting, and messaging needs. However, larger businesses may want to consider a more robust system with more advanced features.

Very good usability and Cohesity. There are so many ways that you can make a call I had to limit what I told people so they wouldn't get overwhelmed. I use my desk phone at work and have a desk phone at home, then my cell can grab the call and I can leave the office without any break in the call. It is wonderful! I think the PC app could use a little more work but it's good for how I use it.

With all of the features that GoToConnect has to offer, the system is set up to learn them very quickly. To me the system looks the way you would expect a traditional desk phone to appear on a computer. You can see your screen and each menu item on the side would be line a button to access different features. Very user friendly.

Usability rates are very high because of the simplistic features and easy to navigate the desktop app. People of all ages will not have an issue getting up to speed and continuing to use the system well over time. Symbols and colors are self-explanatory, which is much appreciated when the system isn't being used for overly complicated tasks.

GoToConnect has been great in not only allowing us to move offices without any downtime, but to also easily set up remote offices and keep the costs extremely low. It has great features and functionality, and we would not look anywhere else for this kind of product.

I have been able to make and receive phone calls, which is what I was looking for. A few annoying broken connections but might be linked more to the internet connection at the time. Keep in mind you need internet for it to function.

It is a very simple system, in terms of usability. If the user is using a physical phone, it operates just like any traditional phone. Within the app, navigating around is pretty simple and straightforward. The only slight confusion people sometimes have is remembering to set the app back to use the physical phone instead of the softphone when they are working at their desk, but that is a mild inconvenience.

A couple of years ago, GoToConnect (which was, at the time, called "Jive") underwent a redesign of their admin interface. After becoming familiar with the changes here, the new interface was far and above much easier to use than the previous version. Administration, configuration, and implementation of changes couldn't be simpler under the new admin tools.

The usability of GoTo Connect is sufficient enough for our small organization. It offers us many features that can help us track call reports by the user as well as an easy setup of ring groups to handle multiple users' incoming calls and direct them to the correct phone.

Overall, it's a decent product for the price. It has the basic features our company needed when it was brand new and was not overly difficult to set up. As we've grown, it's become increasingly difficult to build out the features we want to implement within the PBX, and customer support can be less than helpful. Many of the more advanced features (dial plans, queues, etc.) take a lot of research to understand how to implement. Some of the features we paid for weren't even available when we were attempting to set them up.

I find the system to be very user-friendly. I am able to train new employees in a matter of minutes and does no matter the level of their technical skill. It also does not vary from environment whether you are using the web or desktop version it is just as easy.
