Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)
VoIP is being used now by my agency and we are very excited. As agents, we are constantly on the move. GoToConnect allows us to be on the move, but still in contact with our current and prospective clients.
- Ease of use from mobile
- Ability to consolidate lines of services such as phone and fax.
- Only thing I would recommend is a more complete user-friendly web site for owners.
- No longer need a separate fax service provider.
