Overall Satisfaction with Jive Hosted VoIP

We have a great PA system we use on our phones for paging and we absolutely LOVE the caller ID. We also have used it for knocking out spam calls.
  • The paging system for reaching employees at their desk or in the area.
  • The caller ID helps us to stop many spam callers interrupting the business calls.
  • The history button helps when trying to find a certain call we received or to know when we placed a call for a certain problem.
  • Maybe work a bit more on the touch features of the screen. Sometimes too hard or too soft is an issue.
  • It works for us and our business with all of the employees that have and maintain usage of the phone system.
As I stated, it works for us and our needs.
Good for us.
Paging and touch are mostly pretty good, but bumping the DND unintentionally can cause issues. If it were actually a button you had to push instead of just being on the touch screen, that would be better.
