Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We are all using JobDiva every day. It's very useful. Whole organization is using it. We were sourcing candidates for our recruitment purpose.
- We are using for searching candidates' résumés on a daily basis.
- Everyday updates and followups.
- We could get any types of candidates for any types of roles.
- Our company is using it majorly.
- The email merges are working but sometimes we don't get responses either because the email IDs given aren't valid or candidates don't respond. Not known exactly.
- It's more positive happening.
- User friendly.
- It's helpful too.
CATS was like a manual one where we have to update candidates' résumés for future use but JobDiva is fully loaded and it's automatically download from outside portals.
