Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
Our entire organization uses JobDiva. It is used as a CRM and for recruiting purposes. It’s great for staffing and organizing people by project. We also use data from JobDiva’s custom business intelligence reports to create invoices and and payroll ledgers. I sometimes use the “to-do” feature as well. it is also very useful in tracking communications.
Pros
- Powerful custom reports.
- Very good general reports.
- They are always implementing new features.
- Great customer service.
Cons
- It takes a long time to learn how to effectively use it.
- It’s very easy to “break” something.
- The search function for the help topics is practically useless.
- Their default invoicing function is antiquated and will not work for you if you have multiple people on one project that need one consolidated invoice.
- Simplifies managing the information for a large number of people.
