Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite
No real complaints. We do have a lot of support tickets but they seem to get resolved fairly quickly.
I do feel like the training and educational resources are helpful when you add a new team member.
We really like the single sign-on from an internal perspective.
We do get positive comments from our applicants that our process is easy. We use the 2 application process where the first application is very short and then when we engage in an actual interview, we send out the second one.
