Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite

We are using Jobvite in Talent Acquisition. Our HRIS is Workday and we integrated Jobvite with Workday. We chose Jobvite so that the recruiting group could build pipelines, etc. through Engage. We also needed the functionality to schedule interviews in a more efficient manner.

No real complaints. We do have a lot of support tickets but they seem to get resolved fairly quickly.

I do feel like the training and educational resources are helpful when you add a new team member.

Not at all, this is the area I am most disappointed with.
This has been very helpful. We do have to engage our HRIS team more than usual but I think that is because of the integration with Workday.

We really like the single sign-on from an internal perspective.

We do get positive comments from our applicants that our process is easy. We use the 2 application process where the first application is very short and then when we engage in an actual interview, we send out the second one.

iCIMS was going to be our first choice, but was more expensive for what we needed. I would rate Jobvite very similar to iCIMS.
We hire 600-700 people a year, and Jobvite is very suitable for a company our size.
