In my experience, the customer service with this company is horrible. If you put in a ticket the software engineering team will tell you it's been updated when the issue still remains. If they can't fix something they will just tell you it's a known error. Their customer service makes me feel like a number and not a person.

I use to use Taleo it was about the same in comparison.
Jobvite is a great ATS. When there are issues they force you to put a ticket in and then the ticket is closed even when the issue is still there. They use to have customer services reps that worked on your account and helped you with issues. It's all automated now and you feel as though you are not being heard when you need help.
