Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
Join.me is used across HomeAway in several different departments. We use it on the Onboarding team to conduct product demos, listing quality reviews, software setup meetings and conference meetings. It allows us to direct the customer to a specific issue that we need to fix or have the customer fix. Join.me makes the conversation quick and easy with out the need to send multiple screen shots.

- Easy way to make sure customers "get it" and understand what you are telling them. This is great for applications where you are trying to convey a technical idea
Join.me is lean and loads right from my program menu and is considered safe by the IT department. It works with all browsers without the need to install extensions or Java updates or other time consuming software. I do wish there were other options to send files and track analytics like ClearSlide.

If you can facebook you can use Join.me. Compared to WebEx or ClearSlide it's a simple, easy to use option that gets the job done.
