As a Systems Analyst there were several occasions when our help desk software would not allow me to remote in to users' computers. I was introduced to and it became a tool that I constantly used. is an application that can be accessed online and is used to remotely access another computer.

  • I don't see a Mac version - would be easy for Mac users.

  • Increased customer service. was easier to use, hands down. The product has a short download time and gives you the ability to join users with a simple access code.

I feel that Microsoft Remote Desktop failed at times and had a blurry desktop visual. had a clear image and an inviting look. I totally recommend it in comparison to other products I've used.
I feel that is a great product for any size company. We have limited licenses and access for remote desktop connection. It is great for employees or managers that need to access other's computers or for support roles in any organization. I don't feel that there is a scenario where it is not appropriate. can be used by anyone and it is easy to walk users through the setup process. (discontinued) Feature Ratings
