Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
Join.me is used across the entire growthPlus and sales departments. It addresses the business problem of connecting multiple people on a conference call, and visualization via screen share.
- Join.me allows me to share my screen with multiple people
- Join.me allows me to record my screen share and calls
- Join.me allows me to integrate meetings into my Gmail calendar invites
- Join.me constantly drops calls
- Join.me has lag time during screen share
- Join.me can take more than one try to start my meetings
- Join.me has been faulty during sensitive customer calls, and caused my customers frustration to escalate
- Join.me has dropped the ball recording important customer calls
- Zoom, UberConference and WebEx Meetings
I was not the decision maker in my department who chose join.me, but in my experience, Join.me is much less consistent and user-friendly than WebEx
