Overall Satisfaction with Join.me

We use Join.me for all conference calls so that participants can join meetings regardless of their location and that way we have higher participation most of the time.

Compared to Adobe Connect, Join.me is very easy to install and rollout across the organization. Companies of any size can adopt this application for easy and effective conference calls, impromptu meetings and recording sessions. Cost-wise, it was easy to justify the purchase as well. Would like to see more branding options.
Customer support is excellent. Technical issues are resolved quickly with the least turnaround time.

I would recommend this application to any team that frequently needs conference calls that has users joining from any location without any limitations to conduct seamless meetings. On the flip side, it would be great to have integrations with other collaborations platforms such as Skype, Teams etc. Overall, a decent product with checking out.
