Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
- Allowed for uninterrupted calls where otherwise we'd be having connection issues
- It's often free, which is far cheaper than alternatives
- Is not used wildly by clients so can just take up space
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Join.me may be more reliable in my eyes. However, because of how Skype is adopted company-wide and across many clients, I do not think it competes in this market. It requires more exposure and easier integration with Outlook.
It is an excellent tool, fairly easy to use with reliability better than its competitors. However, I don't think it's big enough to compete, despite it often being for free.
