Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
We have used it to screen share for technical support issues
- It hosts meetings really well with out being overly complicated
- The install process was simple not too many questions
- It seemed to work the first time with any errors.
- I wish the pricing was more competitive with similar programs
- I wish it worked on the Amazon platform it would be helpful for tablet users
- I wish it had a plugin for Safari
- It has been positive that we were able to stay connected while working remote
- It has increased our communication when at client sites where cellphone connection is spotty
- People respond faster on it
We started using Teams to communicate at first. But sometimes we had issues with it connecting to the server. Also installing it seemed to have issues from time to time. We had a really hard time working with Microsoft technical support. We had to put in several tickets before we got someone that seemed to know what the issue was.
