Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Some of our users are using the free version and it is serviceable. It works but has limitations. I think it is in the second tier of options within the video conferencing realm. Zoom, Webex, and GoToMeeting have a deeper feature set. It works but not anyone's favorite here.

Cisco Webex Meetings

Join.me has many shortcomings when it comes to comparison with Webex. I believe Webex is by far the best however there is a small piece of the of the market for Join.me. Join.me was too late to the game and lacks in features on top of it.

If you need something periodically this could be the answer but I do not consider this an enterprise system. It has several shortcomings and it is not a great setup. I do not anticipate using it again in a professional manner or workplace environment. Zoom, Webex, etc. cost what they do for a reason.
