Overall Satisfaction with JotForm
I have been having problems with my website, and by pure chance I found JotForm. It's so easy to use and it is free for 100 submissions and 5 forms so I won't have to pay to use it until my business grows. For any problems, I just email the team and they reply within an hour or two, usually even on a Sunday.

- Could make PDF form all capitals (emailed customer service already)
- cant change the font size
- Can't attach a second signature to the PDF
- Free to use, so it's great because my business is newly established
- Free for 100 submissions each month
- When the time comes to pay for a better service, I can't wait to see the other features.
I couldn't find any other service remotely as easy to use and helpful. It's very user-friendly and I'm sure anyone could use it. It's fun to play around with the widgets and features to make your form as simple or advanced as you need it to be.
