Great for converting paper forms to digital!
Overall Satisfaction with JotForm
We use JotForm for collecting information from sales agents and customers on our website. We've also used it to reduce our reliance on paper forms and collect information from the field that is shared immediately with our office staff. A good example of this is supervisors are able to fill out material order requests on their iPads and submit them for review by out staff.
Pros
- Large amount of form field types available.
- Unique field types such as the table, something the other products we tried didn't have.
- Saved responses that can be edited later.
Cons
- The PDF editor is buggy.
- Setup for editable responses is a bit cumbersome, but does work well once set up.
- Some form fields could use more customization, using CSS is difficult.
- JotForm had a temporary negative impact on productivity as it took time to train.
- Once trained, productivity increased.
- Communication increased and was easier to track.
JotForm has greater customization in its fields, and more field options and add-ons available. Again, the ability to setup form tables really makes the software easier to use when it comes to replicating paper forms. Plus, JotForm has a great free tier allowing you to get started and try it out in your business for free.
