Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Jotform is quite flexible and provides a lot of services that can be tailored to each user's needs. I am impressed by the customizability Jotform offers, and the help page is useful. Data collection is quick and smooth, reports are visualized with finesse.

Feel free to organize and customize the columns on the submissions page before exporting them into Excel(https://www.jotform.com/help/1012-how-to-add-and-organize-columns-in-jotform-tables/). You can add an Excel report in the form which will give you an Excel report URL. Clicking on the Excel URL will download the Excel file. Please take a look at the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report. Also, the forms can be integrated with Google Spreadsheet which will send a copy of your submission data to integrated google spreadsheet.
