Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a great intake and process-driven tool. We have used it to smooth the customer journey, as well as ensure that our internal processes go smoothly.

Great look and feel for external users
Easy to create and edit

I've had to try to figure out some things on my own, that when I figured out how to do it, were not intuitive

Very positive results, has completely automated some of our processes
Allows us to experiment and iterate quickly

Alternatives Considered

Google Surveys, Lawmatics, Clio and MyCase

I still use some of the others, but Jotform allows for better and faster iteration, and it looks and works better overall when presenting to outside parties; if just an internal form or survey, it makes more sense to use our CRM or PM software

Likelihood to Recommend

For prototyping a new process, or where it needs to go to a client or other third party and you need it to look good as well as work well, Jotform is a great option. When the process is perfected, if you already have a CRM that can duplicate the functionality, then re-creating the form in your CRM or PM software could be better, to skip having to use Zapier to save money, but you'll have already figured out the process by then to eliminate issues.
