Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
I started using Jotform tool as a novice. I had no formal training on creating forms and surveys, but was able to quickly navigate my way on the Jotform website. I literally am still discovering all of its capabilities. I initially sought it out as a helpful tool for event planning. I typically have used Jotform to create various forms including, but not limited to Sign-up sheets for internal staff events, meeting or initiative surveys, Event/Activity RSVP forms, Disclaimer forms, Waiver forms, etc.

- Can quickly export responses to a spreadsheet and customize what you want to see

Adobe has very limited functionality in the free version. There isn't much that you can do. It's paid versions are also more expensive than Jotform in comparison. Albeit, Adobe is a lot more complex, but I've been able to find other sites that allow me to create and merge PDFs for free without having to pay for Adobe services. I have yet to find another form creation site that compares to Jotform.
