Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

I started using Jotform tool as a novice. I had no formal training on creating forms and surveys, but was able to quickly navigate my way on the Jotform website. I literally am still discovering all of its capabilities. I initially sought it out as a helpful tool for event planning. I typically have used Jotform to create various forms including, but not limited to Sign-up sheets for internal staff events, meeting or initiative surveys, Event/Activity RSVP forms, Disclaimer forms, Waiver forms, etc.

Pros

  • Keeps all responses in one place
  • Very easy to design and use
  • Can quickly export responses to a spreadsheet and customize what you want to see

  • Increase the base submission limit
  • Maybe expand to include sample event invitations

Adobe has very limited functionality in the free version. There isn't much that you can do. It's paid versions are also more expensive than Jotform in comparison. Albeit, Adobe is a lot more complex, but I've been able to find other sites that allow me to create and merge PDFs for free without having to pay for Adobe services. I have yet to find another form creation site that compares to Jotform.

Yes

I have had no issues or complaints using Jotform. The forms and tools are self-explanatory and extremely user friendly. I had no formal training or knowledge of using Jotform, only exposure responding to forms sent by other colleagues or vendors. It 100 percent serves the purpose of the goals I aim to accomplish and assists me in doing so successfully

Jotform has been an extremely helpful and easy to use resource for putting together event forms, sign-up sheets, collecting RSVPs, coordinating office activities and much more. The forms are easy to create, easy to circulate to staff via links even if the participants are outside of your organization. I absolutely love it!
