Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

I really enjoy the customizable features that Jotform allows user even in the free "starter" level. I've used other online survey builders and in the short time I've used Jotform I feel like an absolute pro. The interface is super user-friendly. Jotform's surveys don't "monkey" around, they are legit and fun to create!

Jotform offers more free features, a cleaner user experience for the responder, and an exciting designer interface. I love the custom URLs that each survey can have. However, SurveyMonkey doesn't limit you to have surveys in their free plan so that's something I'd like to see changed for Jotform in the future.

I have never contacted their support team.
I've used Jotform for training feedback and to collect information on what types of trainings peek the interests of my team. The data these surveys provide allow me to tailor my training program to various topics, skills, interests, or problem areas that need to be addressed. Seeing all the templates I know I'm just barely scratching the surface of what their software can do!
