Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Using Jotform for a non profit organisation, where I help out on a voluntary basis. Jotform brings a structured and easy solution in order to quickly set-up forms, and communication processes for organisations that don't have anything in place to send out information and gather information in a structured way.

Pros

Cons

  • For now Jotform stands out for the purpose it is performing.
  • As a non profit organisation we are glad that we kept costs low at high service level.
The way forms are being setup in a "what you see is what you get" way makes it a pleasant way of working with the forms. Communication processes are easily set-up and the data collection and export are structured and easy accessible. Exports in several file formats. Also the push messages you receive of the activity on your forms are working on the fly.

Registration forms for events and additional communication processes like automated confirmation and replies on confirming attendance for events! Also for events where you rent market stalls, it has a complete registration / e-commerce module in place, where you are able to put in stock positions, and have a countdown on those stock levels, indicating it is almost out of stock. Also the possibility to have a payment service provider connected, makes this so much easier.
