Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Well, in our company, we use Jotfrom to provide an easier, faster, and well-organized way to receive orders from different clients from inside and outside our company. It's way better to set an order in Jotform than it is in different platforms or even on paper, for sure!!!

Pros

  • It does have a bunch of different features: payments, approvals, and orders. If you ever ask yourself if Jotform has some specific function, that probably is a positive rhetorical question."
  • It allows users to program css, logic and even more specific content inside forms and apps
  • Integration: Jotform integrates with a lot of different softwares.

Cons

  • Performance: I love using the platform, and I'm not going to stop using it because of it's performance when handling a lot of data; however, I've been facing some trouble with the speed performance trying to deal with a big form, lots of registered products and stuff...
  • It has been amazing to work with Jotform, clients love using it and not having to relocate to finally order something. Nowadays we cannot imagine ourselves without this site!
We just cannot compare. Jotform is way ahead of the others: much more customization, options, logic... Jotform is just way better.
