Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

JumpTrack is used as a solution for our delivery drivers. Route scheduling, signature for delivery, photo for delivery confirmation, etc.

Pros

  • GPS for where the driver is currently at
  • Date, time, of delivery along with customers acct and invoice numbers
  • Photo Confirmations are very helpful

Cons

  • Logged out of JumpTrack website far too quickly, continually having to log back in multiple times a day. Bothersome to others in our office as well.
  • When entering an a delivery number on the home page, click search, often it will default on the next page back to the last delivery number searched for. Once the process is repeated from the home page, it works correctly.
  • No more lost revenue, photo confirmation that delivery is made and with whom is noted
  • Can give an estimate of when the driver will arrive for a particular delivery with the GPS of current location

I have never contacted customer support. Your question clearly states " If you have never contacted support for this product, please skip this question. "When attempting to skip, I get an error "Explanation required Please provide a response." For this reason alone, I have given a rating of 1.
I do not know if this has been purchased for our company or not.
