Overall Satisfaction with Keepit

KeepIt is used across all entities in our group, securing all O365 + G-suite
  • Backup of Mail, OneDrive, Teams, Share Point
  • Backup of underlying services in O365 as Planner, Teams Channel Chats, etc.
  • Backup of Azure objects and groups
  • Now also Dynamics and other parts of O365
  • Tenant to Tenant migration would be amazing
  • Faster restore
  • Small expense for all the features
  • Flexible on the deals they offer
We auto-disable AD objects on the expiry date and don't need to worry about the users being deleted in the O365 Cloud. We can always restore them safely from Keepit.
The system is intuitive and well explained in the console. The support is responsive and the help center explains the most.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Teamtailor, Sophos Intercept X
To have a copy of all your O365 data on another platform then Azure is best practice. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. And Keepit lets you segment the access on their platform, so you don't expose all the backup content when BU admins need to restore data.
