As I mentioned previously, the impact on their tools has been that they have managed to get our company to establish new parameters that allow exponential growth according to the number of sales and growth in the community, if it has allowed the creation of superusers without major inconvenience and this is very pleasant for our future changes for mutual benefit and nourishes client and company.

The impact Khoros Communities’s gamification features had on customer engagement and satisfaction is that the application of typical elements of "game playing" has encouraged engagement with certain polls/activities we implement. It has helped more engagement from our customers and in return given us a stronger user program to utilize.

Community activity involvement has increased. Players become more engaged when they may climb the ranks and earn points for their participation. The super user application is working great. While rising in the leaderboard ranks validates our top users, we haven't altered it to match our needs. Thus, customer service can be more flexible and ongoing.

Its no secret that the introduction of gamification elements has always incentivized active participation within a community. While there was room for improvement, we believe Khoros Communities has built a rather optimal model, where users earn points for contributing, answering questions, and engaging in discussions. What was surprising was that it also drove our team to be more active and passionate with their interactions. This really reflected the spirit of our game, where every action is rewarded.

I'm not involved in this aspect. However, based on some things I've seen in the forums, there are specific users that are rising to the top of the user base, and at the very least, it provides a positive feeling knowing we are garnering a community that is looking out for each other.

Khorus allows us to connect with people faster, while tracking communication via various social methods and linking them to the same customer, allowing more flexible and continuous customer service, this reduces customer frustration and leads to higher customer satisfaction and less customer turn around.
