Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities
In our organization, we utilize Khoros Communities, specifically for multiple clients who want a way to build a digital community among their customers. It has helped them bring people together, meet common goals, and resolve issues with clients as well as among themselves.

Cons
- Forums could have more updates and be more streamlined with today's top forums.
- Helped us keep a client on for another year.
- Cut down on hour overages for our team work-wise.
I have not had to contact Support thus far once everything is in place. Leadership has stated that they have some of the fastest and most helpful support members we've worked with.
They have reduced the number of hours put in, stress, and even helped those who handle all our reports and analytics save time. Overall, it helped all of us regain some of our time while still completing our jobs efficiently.

Our engagement numbers are already double what they were two years ago, at this time, before we began using it.
