Overall Satisfaction with Kissflow

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for PO approval and receiving items. Then sync Kissflow to our accounting software so the information could sync automatically once built out and mapped. We also use Kissflow for vendor reregistration purposes. Which then syncs the information into our account system Sage Intacct with the vendor's information including uploading the attachment (W9). Along with an approval process. This makes adding vendors across multi-state locations easy.

the work load for end users is easy which makes engagement high
adding a vendor across multi-state submissions into one accounting platform is easy for all users in the process
Streamlining the approval process which keeping an audit trail is great

Usability

The system has room to grow as it's limited by not being able to edit POs after they've been approved. The system is great for registrations and syncing to other systems while including the attachments. The reporting from Kissflow is also easy to setup to link to other platforms such as Looker.

Alternatives Considered

Stitch Labs (discontinued), NetSuite ERP, Sage Intacct and Xero

Stitch Labs was way better with easy of setting up and editing. However the system could handle large amounts of data and syncing it with other systems was a nightmare. NetSuite ERP and Sage Intacct are full robust systems that when setup properly can handle any volume and has the options for changes throughout the process as needed by select users. Xero is a simple system whose reporting is limited due to data volume limits. Kissflow is a great system but limited in it's capacity this time.

Likelihood to Recommend

depending on the size of the company using the software and the purpose Kissflow is alright. It seems to be geared towards smaller companies that are not using robust accounting software and don't need real PO receiving tracking. Kissflow is a great simple solution but do not have the options to edit POs once they've been approved. The item mapping is also limited.
