Overall Satisfaction with KISSmetrics

We use KISSmetrics to evaluate the success of our online marketing initiatives. It allows us to track individual consumers through every stage of the sales funnel.

  • More targeted online marketing
  • More insight into user patterns on website
KISSmetrics compliments the features of Google Analytics very well, and I'd recommend using both in conjunction.
It's great to evaluate the experience of individual visitors to your site. It's harder to get large amounts of aggregate data.
