Overall Satisfaction with Kissmetrics

Every client we have at Curaytor has a website that is hosted on our exclusive platform. We offer a service that sets up Kissmetrics on their website in order to guide visitors from page to page in a logical fashion. The hopes are they are guided to relevant content at the right time, enhancing the customer journey and leading to higher engagement and conversion.

Pros

  • Setup is easy
  • They show you examples of what your "pop-up" will look like as you type the content in
  • You can personalize the pop-ups to fit your brand
  • You are able to measure how effective the paths you set up are

Cons

  • I would like to be able to schedule an update to the wording so that it doesn't get stale
  • I'd like more freedom with the design/look/shape of the pop up
  • It can be difficult to manage several accounts under one username
  • It has increased the number of pages views per visit
  • I'm convinced it has decreased the bounce rate, though I don't have a definitive metric
  • Intercom and Drift
Kissmetrics is more affordable and easier to manage across a large base of clients.
It's a great alternative to the more expensive chat bots such as Drift and Intercom. It allows you to set up a pathway for your customers to follow.
