We've developed all manner of custom email templates delivered automatically to our customers based on their interactions with our product, and feedback has been delightful in most cases.
We are currently mostly focused on retention, testimony and winback. Our post-signup flows are really dialed-in to be delightful, and our post-purchase flow offers high-value insights and eventually requests a review of the products, which has produced a wealth of customer testimony.
