Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo for all of our email marketing. From sending promotion and announcement emails to all of our emails follow-ups with customers. The workflows are simple and easy to use, also easy to track conversions at a glance. We are a very small team and Klaviyo is perfect for us. I think that as we grow Klaviyo will still always be a part of our organization. If I could dedicate an entire department to email marketing I'm very confident that Klaviyo will be able to do everything we ask of it and more.
- Templates are SUPER easy to create and manage / reproduce and edit.
- Flows are simple top use and easy to track effectiveness.
- Signup forms are easy to edit and deploy
- Honestly I cant think of anything that Klaviyo doesn't do well.
- The A/B tests don't show the results of the initial test. it just shows the results including the winner. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong but if so, then it's not easy to figure out
- Klaviyo is easy to use and gives me the data I need to make better emails. That's it.
It's all-around better. I thought mail chimp was better because it was "cuter" and I thought that translated too easily. But, Klaviyo gives me all of the tools I think I could ever need but they don't seem to get in the way when I don't need them at the stage we're at now.
