We have begun to see some increase in engagement, thanks to SMS, although there is a learning curve.

We successfully integrated each of these for various clients; sometimes integrations can be very difficult, but most of the time it was pretty straightforward.
Behavioral data is the engine behind successful flows. Flows that are triggered when a customer or prospect does or does not do something perform much better than a campaign who's timing coincides with a time of day, holiday or seller event, like a sale.
Acquistion, retention, re-engagement, upsell and cross-sell.
Klaviyo is the step up from MailChimp with more functionality and analytics. It is unrivaled.

Retail eCommerce: precise segmentation based on demographics and/or behavior B2B: harder to get domain authority, but if you develop strong content, the analytics can be very useful and the reach very effective
