Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
The Klaviyo product facilitated all of the marketing, promotion, and announcement communications for the company. They were instrumental in hitting business goals for new customer acquisitions, upsell, cross-sell, & retention as well as reactivated customers. We were able to create automated customer journeys that handled all meaningful segmentations for us. Enabled us to nurture leads and drive them further down the funnel, increasing our conversion rates, and increasing our average order value. The Klaviyo product is also seamlessly integrated into our e-commerce platform.
- Driving leads with their pop-up product, very easy in turn on and begin generating leads from our site traffic
- Connecting to our e-commerce platform to make repeat purchases a reliable revenue stream
- Automated customer journeys are quick and simple to setup to get going on initial projects and seeing early traction
- They offer an image editing tool that while it functional is not the best place if you need to do anything beyond cropping
- The image library and actually using it to quickly create templates can be a bit frustrating to use and while it helps it doesn't save all that much time
- Overall data analysis can be a little lacking so exporting and creating separate spreadsheets is a must
- 3x increase on abandoned cart performance after running several test
- Drove an additional $1M in revenue in Q4
- Helped increase LTV by 40% in the first year
Klaviyo compares favorably to other similar products but really stands out when looking at specific integrations. If you're running Shopify then Klaviyo makes too much sense when deciding on a CRM system. It's literally built to work with the Shopify platform and makes life easy to get set up to start seeing results quickly.
