Overall Satisfaction with Klenty

Klenty is a wonderful sales engagement platform we use to automate the reach-out process. It is being used by our entire sales department, especially our SDR Team. Earlier we were sending emails to our contacts manually and it took a lot of hours to reach out to all our potential prospects but now that the process is automated it is a lot faster and efficient.

Pros

  • It can be integrated with Pipedrive. So we just have to create the cadence and we assign the contact directly from Pipedrive.
  • It certainly is intuitive and setting up a cadence is super easy.
  • We can schedule the emails according to the different time zones.
  • Customer support is excellent.

Cons

  • I have been using it for more than 7 months and haven't faced a single issue. And if there is any - customer support is always there to help.
  • Analytics: Being able to track the activity on the emails sent.
  • Setting up follow-up emails - if there was no reply on the first one.
  • Being able to filter the contacts which were contacted before
  • Klenty definitely lived up to our expectations and we received all the promised features.
  • The work which required hours can be done only in minutes now.
  • It made our workflow more efficient and easy.
We explored SalesLoft but it was an expensive option for us and Klenty had all the needed features so we went with Klenty and I'm glad we made the right decision.

I think Klenty is suitable for all sized teams and organizations. They kept everything simple and precise in the UI and that's what makes it the best.
