Overall Satisfaction with Klenty
Klenty is a wonderful sales engagement platform we use to automate the reach-out process. It is being used by our entire sales department, especially our SDR Team. Earlier we were sending emails to our contacts manually and it took a lot of hours to reach out to all our potential prospects but now that the process is automated it is a lot faster and efficient.
Pros
- It certainly is intuitive and setting up a cadence is super easy.
- We can schedule the emails according to the different time zones.
- Customer support is excellent.
Cons
- I have been using it for more than 7 months and haven't faced a single issue. And if there is any - customer support is always there to help.
- Analytics: Being able to track the activity on the emails sent.
- Setting up follow-up emails - if there was no reply on the first one.
- Being able to filter the contacts which were contacted before
- Klenty definitely lived up to our expectations and we received all the promised features.
- The work which required hours can be done only in minutes now.
- It made our workflow more efficient and easy.
