Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We have been using KnowBe4 for our phishing campaigns on a periodic basis with phishing education. We will be using the social engineering campaigns for all associates starting this year in collaboration with our compliance department. Also thinking of using KnowBe4 for all of our compliance-related training if we can find the correct modules.

The price for our number of users was significantly lower in KnowBe4 and better deals with a multiple-year deal. Support to evaluation versions was better in KnowBe4 and the ability to use the full product during the proof of concept.

The volume of training content and different publishers really make it easy to find content that fits our culture. Eventually, these will get stale and we can switch to other content publishers just to freshen up the training.
Integration with our Active Directory has made user management automatic and support for SAML has provided a seamless user experience.
The reporting is pretty standard and out of the box but the ability to export all the detail data really gets us what we want anyway.
