Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Being used across the whole organization after being trialed in a few departments first. We had issues with a lot of spam and phishing and users would constantly need their computers scanned after falling for them. This addresses those issues and helps us cut down on a lot of time spent checking those messages manually.
- Training is easy to understand and follow for users.
- Easy to use administration.
- They know a lot about the hackers and spammers techniques.
- Maybe a more user friendly training center.
- Better communication to admins on users who have issues clicking links.
- Faster interface on the web.
- Helped cut down on time analyzing phishing messages that users submit.
- Save users time taking time to go through emails that are obvious phishing.
- Keeping users computers free of viruses.
KnowBe4 seems to know how spammers and hackers work better than the rest. They keep up to date on the latest techniques and thus help our users be prepared for phishing. It also helps users who continue to fall for phishing by educating them on what to look out for. Other tools we've used have not been as robust or detailed as KnowBe4.

Helps keep users up to date on what to expect from phishing messages. Training seems to keep up with tech and social trends and gets our users ready to face phishing messages. We have found our users can easily understand and follow the training content that is presented through the web interface.
We have imported all our users through LDAP. It's made it a lot easier than having to create users manually and allows us to get our entire business in the system before we roll out campaigns or push new training sessions. We can then simply create groups for ease of management.
Mostly to see who is still clicking on phishing messages and get them the needed training. Also keeping track of what users have completed or been enrolled in training as well as letting their department managers know. These are important to the entire organization for making sure we're prepared for any new waves of phishing.
