User management within KnowBe4 is very simple. We have it directly linked to AD, so any changes, additions, or removals transfer directly into the system without an issue. This allows for more time to great groups and smart groups to enable us to use the system to its full capabilities.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has completely changed the way our company handles cybersecurity training. We use it across the entire organization and utilize both their training, as well as their mock phishing campaigns. Over the course of the first year of use, we have already seen marked improvement of almost all personnel when it comes to Cyber Security and phishing knowledge. We look forward to using the system more and more as we progress.

I think KnowBe4's system has a lot more customization and a lot more content available as a training source. They cover everything from phishing to malware to ways for employees to keep themselves and the company as a whole safe anytime they're online. They have the best system out of any that we have demoed.

Before we had KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, we were largely on our own for a cybersecurity training program. We had access to limited resources. KnowBe4's system has completely changed the way we train and has given us tremendous confidence in ourselves and our users' abilities. Our company as a whole is more secure and knowledgeable.
The ability to show progress and results of training to both managers and the board of directors was one of the main reasons we chose KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. The reports pull quickly and easily, and there isn't any confusion as to what will be in them. This allows us to track what is or isn't working, and allow us to adapt.
