Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 across the enterprise to level-set our IT security knowledge and arm our employees with the knowledge that they need to defend themselves against the creativity of bad actors that are trying to gain access to our assets.
- Engaging videos to inform and educate with thoughtful testing modules.
- Phishing examples that are easily modified to test and keep our employees sharp.
- Outlook plugin for reporting suspicious emails.
- Reporting of testing and user engagement to include reporting of suspicious emails.
- Dashboard reporting would be nice to see.
- Reporting of malware is nice but automation with security tools would be great.
- Our Employees are taking action demonstrated in the training, calling the sender of a questionable email for example.
- Employees discuss security training by the water cooler. Previously, this never occurred before
- More informed workforce with fun and engaging videos.

We thought this was a great feature, not sure how this was realized through our engagement, however, it was great to see fresh content added regularly.
With the use of Active Directory groups, we can easily set up new hires to go through training. For repeat clickers (those that click on phishing tests), we have mandatory training setup.
Repeat offenders. Why do people routinely click on test phishing emails?

Ease of integrating with Okta, and our Active Directory environment makes for easy assignment of AD groups for new hires to receive training works well. Our Administrative teams are hands off as we've created an architecture that supports onboarding, visibility of security training by adding users to a specific AD group.
